The Dancing Divorcee Foundation was officially incorporated as a Colorado nonprofit on December 8, 2025 and is currently in the process of applying for federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status.

While this process is underway, we are not currently accepting donations directly through this website. Instead, you can support the Foundation by donating HERE.

If our 501(c)(3) application is approved, our tax-exempt status is expected to be recognized retroactively to our date of formation, December 8, 2025. This means eligible donations made during this pending period may qualify for a federal charitable tax deduction.

Please note that because our 501(c)(3) application is still pending, tax deductibility is not currently guaranteed. We encourage donors to retain their donation receipts and consult their tax professional regarding their individual tax situation.
